All product purchases from Hearth & Stitch Emporium, whether online or in-store, are subject to the following terms:

• Ordering Process: Orders are confirmed via email upon successful payment. Availability of items is subject to stock at the time of order processing.
• Pricing & Payment: All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable VAT. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment methods. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
• Inventory: While we strive for accuracy, inventory levels can fluctuate. In the event an ordered item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
• Shipping & Delivery: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Risk of loss for purchased items transfers to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Signature may be required for delivery confirmation.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Hearth & Stitch Emporium. Our policy for returns and exchanges is as follows:

• Retail Items: Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged retail items with original tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
• Custom & Personalized Items: Due to their unique nature, bespoke tailoring, personalised items, and made-to-order textiles are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a confirmed defect in craftsmanship or materials by Hearth & Stitch Emporium.
• Return Conditions: All returns are subject to inspection. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging/tags may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
• Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Our bespoke tailoring and alteration services are provided under specific agreements to ensure meticulous craftsmanship and your satisfaction:

• Consultations & Measurements: Initial consultations are complimentary. Accurate measurements are essential and agreed upon during your appointment.
• Bespoke Order Process: A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation for bespoke garments and custom textiles. Subsequent fittings and final payment terms will be outlined in your bespoke agreement.
• Alteration Guarantees: We guarantee the quality of our alteration work for 30 days post-collection. Minor adjustments required due to craftsmanship issues will be addressed at no additional cost.
• Timelines: Estimated completion timelines will be provided at the time of service agreement. While we strive to meet these, bespoke processes can be complex; we will notify you promptly of any significant delays.
• Approval: Custom work specifications and design proofs must be approved by you before fabrication commences. Significant changes post-approval may incur additional charges.

Your use of the Hearth & Stitch Emporium website is subject to the following guidelines:

• Acceptable Use: You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website.
• Intellectual Property: All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Hearth & Stitch Emporium or its content suppliers and protected by UK and international copyright laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
• User-Generated Content: If you submit content (e.g., reviews, comments), you grant Hearth & Stitch Emporium a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such content.
